Augsburg signs Youngwoo Seol from Red Star on a four-year contract

Youngwoo Seol has completed a permanent move from Red Star Belgrade to Augsburg. The German club confirmed a four-year contract and gave the South Korea international the number 7 shirt.

The transfer closes Seol's two-year spell in Serbian football. He leaves Belgrade after winning two league titles and two Serbian Cups with Red Star.

Augsburg adds an experienced full-back who can play on both sides

Augsburg described Seol as a fast wide defender who can play on either side. That flexibility gives the coaching staff more than one way to use him.
