Nikola Milutinov
Nikola Milutinov is a Serbian centre for Olympiacos and a long-standing member of the national team. His size gives him a natural role around the basket, but his influence is not limited to height. He creates second possessions through offensive rebounding, sets strong screens and gives guards a reliable passing target near the rim. His career has included Partizan, Olympiacos and CSKA Moscow, with a return to Piraeus that restored one of his most familiar club partnerships.
Milutinov's rebounding begins before the ball reaches the rim. He establishes contact, reads the likely direction of the miss and keeps his hands ready without losing balance. That preparation has made him one of the EuroLeague's strongest rebounders. An offensive rebound can produce an easy finish, but it can also reset the possession and force a defence to work again after it believed the stop was complete.
In pick-and-roll play, Milutinov creates space by making firm contact and then moving toward the basket with clear timing. He does not need to hold the ball for long to affect the defence. A screen can free the guard, a roll can pull a defender away from the corner and a short pass can lead to the next advantage. His All-EuroLeague recognition and team success with Olympiacos reflect a role built on repeated, useful actions rather than isolated highlights.
