Three home goals gave Mladost Lucani a surprise victory over Partizan

Mladost Lucani beat Partizan 3-1 in the sixth round of the Serbian SuperLiga. Vasil Tasovski, Mihajlo Todosijevic and Nikola Cirkovic scored for the home team. Dembe Sek scored Partizan's late goal.

Mladost scored twice in the first half

Tasovski opened the scoring in the 12th minute. The early goal allowed Mladost to defend with a clear plan instead of chasing the match. Todosijevic added the second goal in the 36th minute. Partizan had time to respond before the break but could not reduce the gap.

Mladost kept the lines close together. When Partizan moved the ball wide, the nearest midfielder helped the full-back and stopped an easy pass toward the centre.

Cirkovic ended Partizan's best period

Partizan tried to increase the pressure after halftime. The visitors moved more players near the penalty area and looked for an early goal. Mladost remained dangerous when it regained the ball. Cirkovic scored in the 69th minute and made the score 3-0.

Sek scored Partizan's only goal

Dembe Sek scored in the 83rd minute. The goal gave Partizan a small reward for its late pressure but arrived too late to create a full comeback. Mladost kept the remaining minutes under control and completed its first win over Partizan in five years and twelve meetings.

The home team had started the season with four draws and then won two matches in a row.

Partizan suffered a third straight league defeat
